Job Description:
• Provide real-time interpretation between Cantonese/Mandarin and English via phone or video.
• Handle calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support various industries, including healthcare (e.g., 911 emergency/medical), banking, and government services.
• Record interactions and efficiently manage work tasks.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Cantonese / Mandarin and English (professional or native proficiency).
• Reside in Malaysia
Position Details:
• Type:• Full-time (Night Shift)
Working Hours:
• 8 hours per day
• Shifts:• Earliest: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
• Latest: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Recruitment Process:
1. Screening phone interview (via WhatsApp).
2. English proficiency test (SHL English Assessment).
3. Language proficiency test (LPT Cantonese / Mandarin).
4. Virtual interview.
5. Document submission and onboarding with HR.
