Site Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: RM 2500 – RM 4000

Job Summary:

Signmastr Advertising Sdn Bhd, a one-stop printing signboard company, seeks a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee on-site assessments and installations. This role requires travel to various sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site assessments to determine project scope and preparations.
• Supervise installation teams, ensuring high-quality work.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure resource availability.
• Maintain detailed records of site visits and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the signboard industry or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree/certification in a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and travel to different sites.
• Having installation skill is an added advantage
