Project Technicians (Petaling Jaya)

•    Attends and contributes to daily toolbox meetings or other meetings as scheduled to communicate system status, potential issues, and coordinate with system repairs and maintenance activities.
•    Knowledgeable on  safety, PPE, and general operating standards related to systems and work performance.
•    Operate equipment within the specified parameters for each system to support manufacturing requirements.
•    Verify systems are operated and monitored continuously via SCADA system, log sheets, trending reports, and installed metering.
•    Provide scheduled replacement of system filters, consumables, and related components spare parts on customer’s account.
•    Monitor operation of system and perform equipment rotations, start-stop functions, spares monitoring and other functions as required to maintain system conditions to highest possible reliability
•    Doing maintenance of the plants such as changing polisher, changing columns, regeneration on Mixed Bed, change filter and fixing any pipe leakage or faulty equipment.
•    Doing pumps maintenance in the plants.
•    Perform housekeeping and 5S activities.
