Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Technical Specialist to join our Technical Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, performing installations and repairs, and ensuring the optimal functionality of products. As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide expert advice and technical support to customers and staff on product functionality, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Installation Services: Perform installation of hardware and electrical products, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Repair Services: Diagnose and repair defective products, maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Product Testing: Conduct testing of products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards before they are sold.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for staff and customers on the proper use and maintenance of products.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Department to provide technical insights and support sales initiatives.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of technical parts and tools, ensuring availability and proper storage.
