Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment and Packing: Efficiently fulfill and pack customer orders from our e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and careful handling of our jewelry pieces.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional after-sales support, including managing returns and exchanges, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Retail and Sales Assistance: Assist customers who visit our physical store, offering personalized service and helping them find the perfect pieces from our collection.
Additional Learning Opportunities

Photo and Video Shooting: Capture stunning images and videos of our jewelry for marketing and promotional purposes.

Creative Arts: Work alongside our design team to bring innovative jewelry concepts to life.

Digital Marketing: Gain expertise in online marketing strategies to boost our brand’s presence.

Media Planning: Learn how to plan and execute effective media campaigns.

Content Curation: Help create and manage engaging content for our social media and other platforms.

Business Development: Contribute to strategies that drive business growth and expansion.

What We Offer

Salary: RM2500 to RM3500, depending on experience and abilities.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm (or flexible to choose from). No overtime, excluding public holidays.
