Responsibilities:

- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Ensure guests' dining experience is pleasant by providing attentive and personalized service.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints courteously and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
