Job Description
- Responsible for attaining sales, margin and profit objectives as established.
- Motivated individuals to actively develop new client relationships
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Develop & analyze strategies to grow the markets chain while aligning with brand objectives
- Execute effective promotion with initiatives and evaluation
- Ensure under your charge all display is according to requirements, remove and return damaged, expired products
- Lead, manage & develop team members
- Monitor market, consumer and competitor’s activities in order to remain competitive and updated on market trends
- Develop brand and price category
- Achieve overall monthly and quarterly sales target and KPI
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all running smoothly
- Perform any ad-hoc project assign by HOD/Management as and when required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/ F&B industry, wholesale or related trade will have advantage.
- Strong negotiation skill, excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Efficient problem solving and analytical skills, result oriented and able to work independently & matured
- Possess good knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Words, Excel).
- Must be willing travel to Singapore as and when required
