Call center BPO Customer service representative (Bilingual-Mandarin & English Speaker)
Project scope: Handling general inquiries related to billing and other concerns from customers.
JOB SCOPE:
Attend to customers' inquiries via inbound & outbound calls, in both Eng & Man.
Channels: Inbound & outbound calls, email (only for internal communication)
REQUIREMENTS:
With at least 1-year of experience in customer service
Preference for candidates with Call Centre experience – Voice and non-voice
Fluent in both languages English & Mandarin (Requirement, must be a mandarin speaker)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Swift typing skills
WORKING HOURS:
MON - FRI: 8AM - 5PM / 8:30AM - 5:30PM / 9AM - 6PM *Shifts are based on operational requirements*
SAT: 8AM -12PM / 8:30AM - 1230PM /9AM - 1PM
OFF: Half Saturdays, Sundays, and SG-based PHs
Office location: Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru
Salary: RM4000-RM5000
