Admin Assistant - Subang Jaya (URGENT)
- Manage superior & employees claims and make a record into MS Excel by each month.
- Monitor and handle office utilities bill & other payments needed.
- Issue Purchasing Document such as Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order & Invoice as per instructed by the Superior.
- Monitoring and assist to handle debtor debt and make a report each month.
- Handling communication with clients via email, phone calls, in-person, mails & etc.

Job Requirements
- Candidate must posses at least a relevant Cert/Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Able to speak, read & write English/Malay/Mandarin.
- Required skills MS Word, Excel, Power Point & etc.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor and able to support overtime on urgency tasks.
- 1 Full-Time Position Available.
Salary: RM1,800 & ABOVE
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
