Job Description

  • To prepare monthly client account statements.
  • To handle documentation for the sale and rental of property liaise with agents, lawyers, regulatory bodies and property administration for the said property.
  • To handle inquiries regarding property for sales and rentals.
  • Find listings and arrange the viewing of the properties.
  • Upload and update the property listings onto internet site such as company website, I-Property, Property Guru and Facebook.
  • Attend the viewings for agents and clients.
  • Do necessary sales administration work, such as Tenancy agreement and SPA preparation with lawyer.
  • Arrange for maintenance departments services such as renovation, air conditioning service, plumbing, cleaning, etc.
  • To handle all scopes of paperwork and keep updated with the latest news and policies related to Property market in Selangor/KL.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as property admin staff.
  • Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects.
  • Strong knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
  • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Diploma in Property Management or related field is added advantage.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Property Sales experience is preferred 

Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month
