- To prepare monthly client account statements.
- To handle documentation for the sale and rental of property liaise with agents, lawyers, regulatory bodies and property administration for the said property.
- To handle inquiries regarding property for sales and rentals.
- Find listings and arrange the viewing of the properties.
- Upload and update the property listings onto internet site such as company website, I-Property, Property Guru and Facebook.
- Attend the viewings for agents and clients.
- Do necessary sales administration work, such as Tenancy agreement and SPA preparation with lawyer.
- Arrange for maintenance departments services such as renovation, air conditioning service, plumbing, cleaning, etc.
- To handle all scopes of paperwork and keep updated with the latest news and policies related to Property market in Selangor/KL.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as property admin staff.
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects.
- Strong knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Well organized with excellent time management skills.
- Diploma in Property Management or related field is added advantage.
- Valid driving license.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Property Sales experience is preferred
Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month
