Admin Officer
Responsibilities :-
Provide administrative support to ensure that company operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Assist Admin Executive in day to day duties.
Responsible for correspondence, preparing reports and other documents, maintain office files, open and distribute mail, take minutes at meetings and distribute the minutes of meeting, coordinate repairs to office equipment, travel arrangements and other administrative duties.
Provide receptionist services such as answer incoming call and respond to inquiries. .
Requirements :-
Candidate must possess at least Diploma with minimum 2 years working experience in the related field
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
Familiar with Microsoft office applications
