Client Servicing Executive (Petaling Jaya)

Our client seeks a dynamic and customer-focused candidate capable of fostering robust customer relationships while collaborating closely with internal teams.

• Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Project Coordination: Ensure timely communication with clients.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Min. Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration related field of study.
• Min 1-2 years working experience in digital marketing or advertising agency is added advantage. Fresh graduated is welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and BM.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Committed to high-quality work and Customer-centric mindset.
