Job Description

  • Handle outbound tasks via phone, email or live chat and ensure high quality customer service is provided at all times.
  • Provide responses and advisory to customers/sellers.
  • Ensure that all actions taken to handle customers' enquiries, problems and complaints are in compliance with the company's policies.
  • To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of online customers (through live chats)
