- Handle outbound tasks via phone, email or live chat and ensure high quality customer service is provided at all times.
- Provide responses and advisory to customers/sellers.
- Ensure that all actions taken to handle customers' enquiries, problems and complaints are in compliance with the company's policies.
- To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of online customers (through live chats)
- Liaise with other departments as required to resolve user issues.
- Able to handle high volume of inquiries from
