Job Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of clients and monitor the compliance of statutory requirements. Prepare resolution, statutory forms and other corporate secretarial documents. Ensure update of the relevant statutory records.• Advise and attend to client on secretarial matters.• Follow-up with client on the return of documents and forms and ensuring submission of statutory forms and documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia, and Bursa Malaysia within the stipulated deadline.• Remind clients on deadline of holding Annual General Meeting for their portfolio of clients.• Ensure all communications with clients are supported by e-mails, outlining agreed action steps, responsibilities and deadlines.• Liaise with auditors in preparation for and during annual audits. Attend to auditors’ queries on behalf of clients.• To provide support beyond secretarial work as and when required by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• candidate must have at least 4 years experience in corporate company secretary• must have experience worked in Secretarial firm• Experience with Mycoid and MBRS for SSM online submission.• Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Corporate Admin/Secretarial practices or related field.• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (IF APPLICABLE).• knowledge in Companies Act 2016, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and best practices in corporate secretarial related matters• Meticulous and able to work independently in fast-paced environment• Strong organizational and planning skills, positive work attitude and able to work under pressure• Resourceful, committed and keen to develop a long-term career• knowledge in Superior ComSec Software is most preferable• can start working immediately
