Job Description

Due to our company expansion, we are looking for a Malay speaking General Clerk to be based in our HQ at Bandar Sri Damansara

Responsibility :

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, statements, and other documents.
  • Verify, record, and process forms and documents accurately.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain records, ensuring they are updated regularly.
  • Handle filing and organizing documents effectively.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist in managing office supplies.
  • Operate and maintain office machines, such as printers and copiers.

Requirements :

  • SPM or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
