Due to our company expansion, we are looking for a Malay speaking General Clerk to be based in our HQ at Bandar Sri Damansara
Responsibility :
- Prepare correspondence, reports, statements, and other documents.
- Verify, record, and process forms and documents accurately.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain records, ensuring they are updated regularly.
- Handle filing and organizing documents effectively.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in managing office supplies.
- Operate and maintain office machines, such as printers and copiers.
Requirements :
- SPM or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
