Due to our company expansion, we are looking for a Mandarin speaking Administrative Assistant to be based at our HQ at Bandar Sri Damansara.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with government officers and clients on behalf of the company.
- Manage license renewal and FOMEMA matters.
- Coordinate with staff hostel owners for accommodation arrangements.
- Collaborate with CCTV suppliers for security needs.
- Prepare and maintain documentation accurately.
- Handle the procurement of mineral water and pantry supplies.
Requirements:
- SPM or fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in administrative roles is an added advantage
- Speaks Mandarin
