1) To handle matters such as Sub-Sale, Loan Documentation, Online Adjudication and conveyancing related matters with minimal supervision.
2) Assist in all other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge / receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreement / CKHT submissions and etc.
3) Able to attend and communicate with clients, bankers and related parties.
4) Able to work and complete task with minimal supervision or willing to learn & able to complete jobs within timeline.
5) Able to follow instruction, responsible & proactive.
