Requirements
- Have experience in a leadership capacity in a contact center.
- Have experience in telesales/telemarketing or any sales position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Responsibility
- To ensure all the given daily, weekly, or monthly targets are being delivered
- To implement sales strategies
- To monitor the team's performance
- To train, coach, or mentor the team
- Able to deep dive and identify the root cause of not being able to deliver the target
- Able to conduct a weekly review with clients via PowerPoint
Benefits
- Basic salary range (RM 4,000 – RM 4,500) + Commission
- Annual leave 16 days per annum*

- Working day : Monday - Friday.
- Working hour: 9 am to 6 pm
