Customer Service (Kuala Lumpur)

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Working hour: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Job scope: Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products

Responsibility

• Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products
• Explain products and service features to clients
• Take customer information and update it in the database as required
• Follow-up calls with e-mails

• Monthly salary up to RM3,300 (included allowance)
