Job Description
- Assists Hong Kong client to calculate legends on a software
- Assist in replying email from client etc
- Data Entry in Microsoft Office, and know to use internet applications i.e., Google Drive, Meet, etc.
- Provides administrative support to the admin department for Hong Kong company
- Multitasking, resourceful and proactive with a sense of urgency.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by Management or Personal Assistant director
- Adapt to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.
Requirements
- Mandarin/Cantonese speaking candidates are required to deal with clients and company accounts in Hong Kong. 所需语言:普通话、粤语、马来语普通话和英语
- Fresh grad with no experience are most preferred candidate
- Candidates must possess at least a diploma in Business Administration, Decision Science or related field.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.。
- Able to communicate with all levels of people.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
