Job Description

Responsibility

  • Sales Engagement: Contact and engage with qualified leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings, introducing the company's products/services and generating interest.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of the company's products/services.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • No bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development is a bonus; however, for those without experience, training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 

Salary : RM3,000 - RM5,000
