- Developing a talent pool, updating databases and processes from the ground up.
- Scouting new faces to expand the database
- Editing model and talent photo and video
- Scheduling casting and studio appointments, updating and maintaining the event calendar, issuing invoice and quotation for the client and customer.
- Communicating with internal and external teams to ensure the project runs smoothly
- Respond to phone calls, messages, emails and other correspondence to improve communication and business processes.
- Prepare and update guidelines and processes related to the management
- Assist with social media postings and write ups caption
- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
- Active involvement in production projects initiated by production teams from time to time
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree;
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment & multitask.
- Knowledgeable in camera support, lighting and audio recording.
- Basic editing skills-Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. (Mandarin speaker will be a bonus)
- Required Skill: MS Office, Adobe Software-Possesses a driving license
