Assistant Talent Manager (Kuala Lumpur)

• Developing a talent pool, updating databases and processes from the ground up.
• Scouting new faces to expand the database
• Editing model and talent photo and video
• Scheduling casting and studio appointments, updating and maintaining the event calendar, issuing invoice and quotation for the client and customer.
• Communicating with internal and external teams to ensure the project runs smoothly
• Respond to phone calls, messages, emails and other correspondence to improve communication and business processes.
• Prepare and update guidelines and processes related to the management
• Assist with social media postings and write ups caption
• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
• Active involvement in production projects initiated by production teams from time to time

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree;
• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment & multitask.
• Knowledgeable in camera support, lighting and audio recording.
• Basic editing skills-Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. (Mandarin speaker will be a bonus)
• Required Skill: MS Office, Adobe Software-Possesses a driving license
