Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software, HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in budget creation, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Generate regular financial reports for management and prepare statements during audits.
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, handling tax matters, and addressing compliance issues.
- Issue invoices to clients, track payments, and reconcile bank statements.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, conducting interviews as needed.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Support the performance appraisal process and assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, staying informed about changes in labor laws and updating policies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and security. 8. Identify training needs, coordinate professional development programs, and encourage a culture of continuous learning.
