Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Make recommendations based on customer preferences and menu offerings.
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, mocktail and etc.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other machinery.
- Ensure accurate measurement of ingredients for consistent taste and quality.
- Master the art of milk steaming and latte art to create visually appealing beverages.
- Follow standardized recipes and beverage presentation guidelines.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, e-wallet, cards, and process customer payments accurately.
- Keep the cafe area clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and equipment regularly.
- Monitor supplies, such as cups, napkins, and condiments.
- Empty trash and ensure proper waste disposal procedures are followed.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping the floor.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working barista experience
- Ability to operate coffee brewing equipment and cash registers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to speak in English / Bahasa Malay.
