Wild Urban Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia-based company located in Kota Damansara. We are Property Investment Coordinator company. We also have Foundation called Yayasan Allammiyyah.

Position Summary

The Internship Programme will provide you opportunities to gain valuable hands-on exposure and mentoring in your field of study. It is tailored for experiential learning and will bring you the advantage of first-hand experience through a combination of dedicated mentoring and practical training.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree in sales or marketing, real estate, property, administration or a relevant field is preferred.
• Have driver car license.
• Have own transportation (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Computer Literacy in Basic Microsoft Office Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to cope and adapt in fast-paced environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Interns will assist in a number of ways, including:

• Communicate with Government-Linked Companies (GLC) & Private sector.
• Making appointment with the prospective buyer.
• Execute online marketing strategies & advertising to promote our property.
• Support Sales & Operations.
• Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, filing).
• Maintain organized record system for admin and confidential matters.
• Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
• Making travel arrangements.
• Prepare correspondence and paperwork.
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
