Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
- To plan, organize, direct and control manpower, material and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet the product schedules and the organization's target and objectives.
- To plan, prepare and review target schedule, ensuring that customer orders are met.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned and when required.
Competency Level:
- Candidate must possess Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering major in Power Electrical from recognized university.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply / Min. 1 years working experience.
- Able to lead and manage a team of Chargeman and Technicians.
- Basic knowledge in energy audit, energy saving, proposal energy saving equipment in market
- Knowledge and experience in 415V 3-phase electrical equipment installation, test and commissioning.
- Ability to coordinate with client, sub-contractors and implement projects and meet deadlines.
- Exposure/ experience related to work in LV main switchboard installation, power cable installation etc will be added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate, independent, good leadership and problem solving skills.
- Additional Chargeman Certificate will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge in AutoCAD.
