Retail Executives (Bukit Jalil)

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service
• Working towards achieving monthly sale targets
• Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.
• Staying up to date on products, market and trends.
• Assists customers to decide the best product that meet their needs by explaining the benefits of the products
• Understand and deliver accurate product information to customers
• Understanding the demands of the market and conduct analysis of information to create and execute procedures that maximize retail operations.
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standard

Requirement

• At least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Retail.
• service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• strong networking & relationship builder
• Pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Fresh graduate/SPM leavers are welcome
• Excellent communication skill
• Able to work as team player
