Requirements :
Fluent in English and Mandarin (capable of speaking and writing in both languages)
Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in related field
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
Team player, result oriented and hardworking
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Responsibilities :
Respond to any messages, emails, or phone calls from clients efficiently in a friendly and polite manner
Able to interact and introduce potential clients to already available products
Regularly service and check in with existing clients
Keep up good ties with clients and offer them after-sales support
Attend to ad hoc tasks that management may occasionally delegate
