Job Description

Requirements :

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (capable of speaking and writing in both languages)
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in related field
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
  • Team player, result oriented and hardworking
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to any messages, emails, or phone calls from clients efficiently in a friendly and polite manner
  • Able to interact and introduce potential clients to already available products
  • Regularly service and check in with existing clients
  • Keep up good ties with clients and offer them after-sales support
  • Attend to ad hoc tasks that management may occasionally delegate
