RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on operational Human Resources issues including employment legislation.
• Provides day to day performance management guidance to management
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Maintain global HR database and employee work journey in the company.
• Execution of recruitment plan and activities for all levels including administration of confirmation, termination and onboarding.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the HR Department preferable in semi conductor industry.
• Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• A self – starter, initiative, independent and possess a high degree of confidentiality.
• Good written and oral communication in English.
