Job Description
Responsible for managing the MD’s day-to-day administrative and operational matters.
Making appointments, and travel arrangements, coordinating business schedules, itineraries, minutes of meetings, and general correspondence.
Handling of personal and private/confidential matters for the MD as instructed.
Candidates must be able to make fast and informed decisions in areas of responsibility with strong credibility and high reliability (confidential information handling)
Assist in organizing in-house and external events/roadshows/activities/training etc.
Willing to take on more job responsibilities when the need arises.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Assist the director with daily office activities or operation
Receive, direct, and relay telephone, fax, and email messages.
Minimum Degree Holder in a related subject.
Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive, and flexible to changes.
Must possess excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Malay communication skills.
Able to exercise high tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations.
Strong interpersonal and management skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Positive thinker, IT literate with multi-tasking abilities.
