Responsibilities
- Handling and performing all administrative function, maintenance of records and documentation
- General filling, document control & data entry
- Processing of purchase order, invoice, etc.
- Engagement with financial team for operational budgeting
- Engagement with vendor and contractor related with purchasing
Qualifications
- Minimum Secondary School Qualification/STPM/Diploma Preferably Non-Executive specialized in clerical/Administrative support or a related field (Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply)
- Good in Computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus
