Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch administrative assistance to the Director, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Act as a bridge between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication channels.
- Take charge of travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations, ensuring seamless experiences for the Director.
- Assist in the creation and editing of reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, ensuring the Director is well-prepared and informed.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management is essential.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to navigate various responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at professional interaction across all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools, with a quick ability to adapt to new technologies.
- A self-starter with the foresight to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
