Job Description
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedure.
Hands-on with accounting software such as Auto-count Software.
Advance MS Skills including V-Lookup and pivot table.
Handle full sets of accounts and generate any relevant report time to time.
Plan & control the company cash flows, expenses, funding, and budget allocations.
Control & manages end-to-end financial process in support of the account which includes collection, payments, monthly close activities, and balance sheet/bank reconciliation.
Able to manage Account Receivable & Account Payable
Provide & interpret the monthly financial information and operating reports to the management.
Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are in full compliance with company policy.
Ensure all the company accounting reports are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
Liaise with External Auditor, Tax Agent, Legal Banker, etc.
Assist on any ad-hoc task required by other departments from time to time.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy / ACCA Certified is an added advantage.
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Account
Committed, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Good communication & interpersonal skills, meticulous and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity.
Able to start immediately is an advantage.
Positive working attitude and responsible.
