Main Job Description
A. Sales & Buyback Pallets:
- Pursue new clients and create organic growth for existing business.
- Identify business opportunities and hunt for customers for sales and logistics solutions/transportation services.
- Manage accounts to meet revenue, gross profit, sales activities, pipelines, and business owner KPIs for products, including supply chain solutions.
- Develop strong accounts and maintain strategic relationships with new customers.
B. New Business Expansion to Cold Chain and Automotive Industry:
- Identify business opportunities and seek customers for sales and logistics solutions/transportation services.
- Establish a solid rapport and connection with assigned accounts and ensure long-term strategic partnerships.
- Understand the customer and provide value-added services through close communication with clients and internal stakeholders via regular visits.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage existing clients and seek new business.
- Efficiently handle multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring effective coordination and execution of daily activities.
- Assist a sales team of 4 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.
- Assist the sales team in implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve sales-related issues, making data-driven decisions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients, effectively communicating and collaborating to enhance business relationships.
- Be available for business trips to other provinces.
- Continuously approach our clients and manage our stock
Job Requirements
- Strong drive and passion to achieve in new business areas regardless of any obstacles.
- Minimum of 1~3 years of proven experience in a sales position.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, including supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, even under high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
- Preference for a driving license.
