A. Financial Management:

Assist in developing financial plans and budgets in collaboration with senior management.
Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for cost control.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare and review financial statements.
3. Cash Management:
Manage daily cash flow, including cash receipts and disbursements.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor bank balances.
Prepare cash forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity.
4. Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for external stakeholders.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
5. Taxation and Compliance:
Assist in tax planning and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare and file tax returns and payments in a timely manner.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws.
6. Audit Support:
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
Provide documentation and explanations as required during the audit process.
Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.

1. Office Administration:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
Ensure a safe and efficient office environment.

3. Documentation and Records Management:
Maintain organized and up-to-date records, both physical and electronic.

Qualifications
In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (professional certifications are a plus).
Proven experience in finance and administration roles, typically 2 years or more.
Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
