Job Description

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Law or CLP
  2. At least two (2) years of experience in the area of conveyancing
  3. Assist in handling general property conveyancing matters including but not limited to SPA & Loan Applications (both for Project and sub-sale), Perfection and Discharge of Charge
  4. Able to liaise with developers, clients, bankers, agents, developers, and relevant authorities/parties
  5. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
  6. Maintain and update file status reports
  7. Able to work as a team, Independent and meticulous
