Job Description
- Technical support including the full range of company products, especially for network and CCTV technical solutions.
- Promote solutions and deliver formal technical proposals / presentations to clients.
- Responsible for product solution designing and ensuring the solution is competitive.
- Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with clients.
- To handle clients’ inquiries and technical related issues.
- Analyze, follow up and resolve any support inquiries from customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the team and others to identify, troubleshoot and find resolutions for technical problems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in networking or CCTV products such as Switch, Wireless Access Point, Router, IP camera and etc is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, Engineering is preferred.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with associates.
- Experienced in handling and troubleshooting technical issues.
