Job Description

  • Salary range: RM2,000 above (depends on experience)
  • Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Location: Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil

Job Description

  • Maintain department office area in an organized and professional manner including supplies and equipment.
  • Implement and maintains updated system for filling system, both paper and computer, inventory, mailing, and databases
  • Provides administrative support to the admin, HR and account department.
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions, address complaints, explain information, and take orders.
  • Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence.
  • Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions.
  • Assist and complete the work required by the accountant.
  • Assist in bookkeeping function.
  • To assist in any ad-hoc task when assigned

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM Level or Diploma Level.
  • Preferably candidates who have 0- 1 year experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online applications.
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
  • Speak Cantonese
