Job Description
- Maintain department office area in an organized and professional manner including supplies and equipment.
- Implement and maintains updated system for filling system, both paper and computer, inventory, mailing, and databases
- Provides administrative support to the admin, HR and account department.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions, address complaints, explain information, and take orders.
- Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence.
- Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions.
- Assist and complete the work required by the accountant.
- Assist in bookkeeping function.
- To assist in any ad-hoc task when assigned
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM Level or Diploma Level.
- Preferably candidates who have 0- 1 year experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online applications.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
- Speak Cantonese
