- Salary range: RM2,500 – RM3,800 (depends on experience)
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Description
- Assist on daily office work, filing, clerical works, prepare invoices and statements.
- Data entry of required information into relevant databases and spread sheets promptly.
- Responsible for customers admin enquiries on company products and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone and email.
- Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
- Be responsive to any new duties assigned as when required by the general manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies/Administration/ Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with all team members.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must proficiency in Cantonese and English (spoken & written).
- Well organized, self-motivated. Analytical and able to work independently.
- Candidates are required to deal with clients and company accounts in Hong Kong. 所需语言:普通话、粤语、马来语普通话和英语。
