Job Description

  • Salary range: RM2,500 – RM3,800 (depends on experience)
  • Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Location: Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil

Job Description

  • Assist on daily office work, filing, clerical works, prepare invoices and statements.
  • Data entry of required information into relevant databases and spread sheets promptly.
  • Responsible for customers admin enquiries on company products and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone and email.
  • Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
  • Be responsive to any new duties assigned as when required by the general manager.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business studies/Administration/ Management
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with all team members.
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  4. Must proficiency in Cantonese and English (spoken & written).
  5. Well organized, self-motivated. Analytical and able to work independently.
  6. Candidates are required to deal with clients and company accounts in Hong Kong. 所需语言:普通话、粤语、马来语普通话和英语。
