Responsibilities:
Finance:
1. Meet processing and reporting deadlines.
2. Co-lead and execute month-end-closing processes with Joint Venture Partner, including but not limited to the preparation of journal entries, financial reports, account analyses, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts for a portfolio of entities.
3. Monitor and optimize yield.
4. Provide analytical support in explaining business performance.
5. Reconcile discrepancies arising between the system and finance records, and proactively seek solutions to identify and minimize the differences.
Operations:
6. Manage daily operations in a high transaction environment.
7. Lead and monitor the day-to-day finance operations and processes of Lyte Malaysia.
8. Optimise and monitor business processes between Lyte, Payors, and JV partners.
9. Manage end-to-end cash-out process, prepare necessary reports, and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless cash-out within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Customer Success:
10. Be the point of contact for payor and admin/finance pertaining to cash out and repayment.
11. Be the point of contact between the business and banking counterparts and investigate any discrepancies in payments or bank statements.
12. Assist the Managing Director/Leadership Team and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Degree holder in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
· 1-2 years’ accounting or operations experience (preferred).
· Fresh graduates are welcome.
· Experience in system implementation.
· Excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Able to work in a team and independently within established timelines.
· Strong work ethic.
· Able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English and
· Mandarin and/or Malay language skills will be an additional advantage.
