Immediate Hiring: Full Time Clerk (Cantonese Speaker)
- Salary range: RM2000 – RM2500 (depends on experience)
- Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Description
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, document, making quotations and database systems.
- Provides administrative support to ensure an efficient office operation.
- Maintain department office area in an organized and professional manner including supplies and equipment.
- Provides administrative support to the admin, HR and account department.
- Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by Management.
Requirements
- Required language: Cantonese and English
- Candidates must possess at least a diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications such as Google Drive, Meet etc.
- Preferred candidate with 1-2 years’ experience in the field.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
- Mandarin, Cantonese speaking candidates are required to deal with clients and company accounts in Hong Kong. 所需语言:普通话、粤语、马来语普通话和英语。口头和书面
