Job Description

Immediate Hiring: Full Time Clerk (Cantonese Speaker)

  • Salary range: RM2000 – RM2500 (depends on experience)
  • Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
  • Location: Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil

Job Description

  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, document, making quotations and database systems.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure an efficient office operation.
  • Maintain department office area in an organized and professional manner including supplies and equipment.
  • Provides administrative support to the admin, HR and account department.
  • Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by Management.

Requirements

  1. Required language: Cantonese and English
  2. Candidates must possess at least a diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications such as Google Drive, Meet etc.
  4. Preferred candidate with 1-2 years’ experience in the field.
  5. Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
  6. Mandarin, Cantonese speaking candidates are required to deal with clients and company accounts in Hong Kong. 所需语言:普通话、粤语、马来语普通话和英语。口头和书面
  7. Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
