- Salary range: RM2,500 – RM3,500 (depends on experience)
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Description
- Responsible for general administrative including mailing, scanning, printing etc
- Data entry for monthly invoices and expenses of the company.
- Assist and complete the work required by the general manager or director.
- To work hand in hand with the general manager and director for updates and completion of tasks.
- Make arrangement for meeting and keep formal record of the group process and updated.
- Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal inquiries.
- Assist in bookkeeping function
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by general manager or director.
Requirements
- Mandarin, Cantonese speaking candidates are required to deal with clients and company accounts in Hong Kong. 所需语言:普通话、粤语、马来语普通话和英语.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possesses computer skills MS Office suite and MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Full-Time position is available.
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
