Job Description
Review and verify staff claim for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance, such as individual grievances or poor departmental structures.
Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly.
Assists Management to create job requirements according to clients’ or management requirements.
To conduct resume screening, filtering candidates who meet the company’s requirements, interview schedules and assisting in candidate selection.
Support the day-to-days operation of onboarding employees, compensation changes, and benefit questions as needed throughout the year.
Prepare accurate and time end-to-end payroll processing for company and client.
Process and record annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave and bereavement forms and maintain related files.
Maintain accurate records of employee pay and leave structures, and personal data.
Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by Management.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferred candidate with 2 - 3 years’ experience in the field.
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
Mandarin, Cantonese speaking candidates are required to deal with clients and company accounts in Hong Kong. 所需语言:普通话、粤语、马来语普通话和英语。
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online platforms for job ads postings.
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
Familiar with Xero Practice Manager software will be an advantage.
