Job Description
To secure and maximize sales from existing and new customers with current and new product range.
To achieve and exceed monthly and annual performance targets by proactively servicing existing customers and seeking out new customers with current and new product range.
To build good working relationship with customers to maximize sales, gain agreement and support from the customers and to secure favorable shelf placement for the Company’s products in assigned territories.
To meet monthly and annual collection targets by actively monitoring Account Receivables and seeking cooperation from customers.
To monitor customers’ stock levels of the Company’s products to maximize the Company’s inventory turnover and to minimize returns.
To coordinate effectively with the sales support teams to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers at minimal cost and goods returns are within the ambit of the Company’s policy.
This role involves frequent travel to various destinations in Sabah and Sarawak to meet customers. Additionally, it is required to be based in either Kota Kinabalu, Sabah or Kuching, Sarawak.
Package:
Basic monthly salary range: RM 2,500 to RM 3,500 (based on experience)
At least 2 years sales experience (or 5 years for those without the relevant qualification), preferably with MNCs with proven track record. Sales experience in the stationary industry would be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skill (in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin/dialect).
Able to work independently and under pressured.
Optimistic and outgoing.
Able to build relationship easily.
Must possess own car and able to travel outstation on extended stay.
