Junior Conveyancing Clerk (Subang Jaya)

We are looking for a Junior Conveyancing Clerk (with at least 1 year working experience handling and/or assisting with SPA and Loan sub-sale conveyancing documentation in a law firm) to join our firm (located in Subang Jaya, Selangor) from mid August 2023.

Requirements:

• Able to speak and write fluent English & Malay (Mandarin a bonus).
• Experienced using Word and Excel documents and comfortable working with banks, developers and government related offices/portals.
• Resourceful & possess own transport.
• Lives within 10km from our office.
• Aged 22-27 years
• Professional, a team player & hardworking.
• 3 months probation required | Full time working hours is 9.30am - 4.30pm (Mon-Fri).
• Part time contract can be considered.
• Starting salary depends on offer and experience. We also provide incentive bonus in our terms.
• Training will be provided. We are looking for someone to fill a junior role who will be willing to grow with the team.
