Accountability and others special requirement.
To attend 1st level service’s call and email from clients. Liaise with client on the required hardware, documentation and others special requirement.
- Monitor service engineer’s onshore & offshore certificate, OSP, OGSP, medical report and work permit validity.
- Apply/summit all require documents (CCC, KPKK, E-Vetting, boat booking/travelling form and other require documents) for client review before service engineer to attend the service.
- Arrange all service accommodation and transportation if necessary.
- Prepare and submit the JHA, JMS, Job card and Workpack for client review.
- Review and submit the service, PM, site survey & close out report after job done.
- Manage the 1st floor training room utilization and prepare all necessary training refreshment, documents and trainer schedule planning.
- To undertake full ownership and responsibility of the following:
- To be proactive in understanding the nature of the company’s business and grow with the organization.
- To proactively bring to senior management attention of any foreseen or observed issues in the company or department.
- To carry out assigned tasks by management or immediate superior as and when required.
- Any others duties as may be assigned by immediate superior / manager.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
