Job Responsibilities

• To plan, formulate strategies and lead the Sales team in sustaining existing market and penetrate new market.
• To market the company’s products and services to the Clients, Consultants, Architects and all interested parties.
• To attend to Clients’ requirement and thereafter to provide AV-IT design proposals that meet the requirement.
• To furnish tender document, prepare quotations, bill of quantities, drawings and getting them ready for presentation to the Clients.
• To maintain close working relationship with the Clients, Consultants, Architects etc and continually provide pre-sales & post-sales supports, product updates, technology advancement information, AV market trends, changes and new demands.
• To work closely with internal project and technical team to ensure AV-IT system installed in projects are in optimal performance achieving Customers’ satisfaction.
• To work closely with the management to develop Sales plans, market approach and revenue target.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Audio Engineering or equivalent.
• Sales Manager - Minimum five (5) years working experience in related field.
• Sales Engineer - Fresh graduate or with working experience in related field.
• Possess good understanding on Audio Visual - IT products, AV Control system and system integration techniques.
• Understand customers’ needs with ability to innovate customer value proposition.
• Customer-driven, result-oriented, strong networking with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia, MS office software, technology savvy and possess CIDB Green card for construction personnel.
