Job Responsibilities

• To complete the project within the pre-determined cost and time.
• Organize project post-contract review, manpower and project cost planning and site mobilization.
• Monitor work progress, quality control, team performance and contractor’s performance.
• To attend the project meeting and is responsible for reporting project progress and problem to the Managing Director and to the Client.
• To review change of customer requirement and all kinds of variation orders arises from time to time.
• To coordinate sub-contractors’ works according to site work program and to ensure equipment arrived on-time for installation, interacking, testing & commissioning.
• Plan for purchasing of equipment and to ensure equipment arrived on-time for installation. Responsible for all invoicing and progress claims submission.
• Upon successful handover of project, to issue warranty certificate to the Client and to handover completed project to Technical team for DLP services.
• To organize preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings and to ensure obtained approval on all drawings prior issue for construction and issue for project handover.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Audio Engineering or equivalent.
• Project Manager - Minimum five (5) years working experience in related field.
• Project Engineer - Fresh graduate or with working experience in related field.
• Possess Audio Visual - IT product knowledge and trained Project Management skills are added advantage. 
• Customer-driven, result-oriented, strong networking with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia, MS office software, technology savvy and possess CIDB Green card for construction personnel.
