Leasing & Marketing Executive (Klang)

• Sourcing for potential prospects and attend to enquiries.
• Conduct marketing sales calls, site viewings and presentations.
• Responsible on handling all lease documentations.
• Generate leasing leads and negotiate deals from initiation to final execution
• Assist in retail operational matters and recommend strategies that will improvise, and maximize the efficiency.
• Work with tenants to develop retail SOP and ensure tenants adhere to the mall rules and regulations.
• Monitor tenancy renewal and necessary follow up on payments.
• Aid in planning and implementing the tenancy mix in a retail mall.
• Research and report on competitive leasing trends in the industry.
• Communicate issues to management and plan a course of corrective action.
• Work closely with Head of Department on the overall dept. performance and goal.
• Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in the relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduates or preferably with marketing working experiences are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills.
• Resourceful and has ability to work well with landlord and tenants.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and as part of team.
