Responsible for the administration of all other standards followed in business and advise business of any new standards to achieve for continuous improvements.
Responsible for handling all technical, systems and ethical audits.
Responsible for the administration of the internet based technical library of certain customers
To handle/assist in handling all customer complaints. Ensure that the corrective action had been implemented and is effective.
To work with each HOD, as appropriate, to develop a professional set of training modules and provide training for each department along with respective HOD.

To periodically review the current documentation & implement what improvements can be made and with the benefits gained.
Coordinate with the whole team to establish and uphold the CSR program and implement year on year, modifying as appropriate.
